In similar vein, I hold the right to refuse whatever is requested of me.The general wait time for commissions can take a week to a month depending how things are on my end. I always try to keep updated when milestones like sketch, line art, flats, etc. are done if you'd like.First touch-ups are free but second and third touch-ups aren't and after the third, the commission is what you get. Touch-ups in this case means AFTER the work is finished.PLEASE inform me when you need to refund, I'll be happy to work with you to give you one!
